Psalm 95
1 Oh come, let us sing to the LORD!
Let us shout joyfully to the Rock of our salvation.
2 Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving;
Let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms.
3 For the LORD is the great God,
And the great King above all gods.
4 In His hand are the deep places of the earth;
The heights of the hills are His also.
5 The sea is His, for He made it;
And His hands formed the dry land.
6 Oh come, let us worship and bow down;
Let us kneel before the LORD our Maker.
7 For He is our God,
And we are the people of His pasture,
And the sheep of His hand.
What a great Psalm of praise to our God!!!
vs 6 is about us coming to God in reverence:
- let us worship
- let us bow down
- let us kneel before God - who is our maker
vs 7 tells us why:
- He is our God
- we are His people - here we are likened unto sheep / and He is the Great Shepherd.
So why & how should we worship God:
- He is the Rock of our salvation
- Be thankful
- Shout joyfully
- He is a great Go
- He is a great King
- For He has made creation and has power over it!!!
What an Awesome God that we can Praise & Worship HIM!!!

You always lay it out so plainly! ..you remind us that it is ALL about God and not about us. I like how these are easy to read broken into points.
